PHARMEXCIL to participate in ‘APTEKA 2011’, to be held at Moscow from December 5 to 8
The Pharmexcil has conveyed its intent to participate in APTEKA 2011 exhibition at Moscow. The event is going to be held from December 5 to 8 and Council is organizing an India Pavilion and an exclusive Buyer Seller Meet (BSM) on December 5.
APTIKA is a leading platform for the medical-pharmaceutical industry and attracts more than 300 exhibitors and approximately 12000 visitors from all over the world every year. The main focus of the event is to establish business relationships between producers and manufacturers of pharmaceuticals and related products and distributors, retailers and pharmacies as well as to provide information about pharmaceutical market and health care in Russia and neighbouring countries.
The APTEKA 2011 programme includes scientific and technical conference, round tables, discussions, workshops on all medical trends. Leading specialists, including head doctors and professors, are involved in discussions of new curing technologies. The Forum consists of the Medical and Pharmaceutical Business Conference which covers the urgent challenges and trends of pharmaceutical markets. Speakers of the leading pharmaceutical companies, distributors of healthcare products and government representatives are involved in this conference.

The exclusive buyer-seller meet to be held on 5th December will invite international buyers, visitors from Russia and neighbouring countries to participate in the event. In this regard, Pharmexcil invites applications from its members to participate in this exhibition cum BSM. The participating members can avail of two options. The first option is participants can choose independent stall of 6 square meters each and second one being participation through Council's common booth.
The anticipated expenses for the India Pavilion, Independent Stall is Rs.1,40,000 including charges for entry for one company representative at the BSM. The participants need to pay Rs.50, 000 if they opt for the Common booth. A table space or equivalent area in the Council's common booth would be given to members for display of their products.
Members whose export turnover during previous year is less than Rs.15 crores and who have completed one year membership with the council are eligible to get a financial assistance of Rs.1,50,000 per member towards stall rental and travel in economy class subject to conditions of MDA scheme.
Interested participants should confirm their participation on or before 23rd September 2011 to the concerned department at the Council.
